Stay Hydrated
Water is the most essential part of any healthy lifestyle. You should be drinking half of your body weight in ounces. Example: If you weight 200 pounds, you should drink 100 ounces of water a day. For every caffeinated or alcoholic beverage you consume, you should at at least 8 more ounces of water to your daily intake. It is important for you body, brain and joints to function properly.
Nutrition And Healthy Eating
Standing
Posture. Posture. Posture. Make sure that you keep your chin up and don’t slouch. If you know that you are going to be standing for a long period of time, make sure that you wear comfortable shoes.
Resting or Sleeping
Straining your neck or back while you’re sleeping is a very common occurrence. We often fall asleep in strange positions where we are not supported properly or our necks are at an odd angle. Make sure that if you are going to nap or watch tv in bed, that you are in a supportive position. You want to sleep you one good pillow and keep your neck in a neutral position.
